Little Helly's Dream 3- Little Turtles

Translation note:

Six-year-old Little Helly is the daughter of Linghua and Zhitong, both of whom are disciples of Master Zhenlin. She has been singing Buddhist songs since July 2008, and has been dreaming of dreams as beautiful as fairy tales every since then almost every night. As her dreams are not only incredibly interesting, but of continuity, Linghua is writing them down, and hopes it could lead us into the amazing world of fairy tales in Little Helly’s Dream.

3-Little Turtles

“Mom, I was play with the little turtles last night.”

“What were you doing?”

“I was taking the bath with them in a pond.”

Well, my little Helly gave birth to the turtles one night, when she dreamt of Guanyin Bodhisattva who took her to a little pond, and asked her to stay in it. Little Helly was very obedient, and so sat in the warm water.

Guanyin Bodhisattva then said to her, “Give birth to little turtles!”

Then one by one, the little turtles popped out of Little Helly’s chest non-stop. She gave birth to over one hundred of them in one breath.

“Helly, do you give birth to other animals other than little turtles?” I asked her the other day.”

“Yes, I do” Little Helly answered, “There is a large grove on the way to the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. It is right by the Pure Land. Inside the grove, there are many animals there. Sometimes Guanyin Bodhisattva asks me to give birth to tigers, and sometimes wolves, sheep, and rabbits. They are born out of my nostrils. They run around in the grove looking for food themselves. I don’t need to feed them. Mom, the little turtles are sometimes no good. They want me to buy icecream for them.

“How do the little turtles address you?”

“The little turtles say, ‘Mummy, Mummy, I want icecream.”

“Um, so you, too, are a mom?”

“Yes, the little turtles call me Mummy. Then, I have to visit the icecream store to get the little turtles icecream.”

“How do you pay for it since you don’t have any money?”

“There is nobody around in the icecream. I just get it myself.”

“Wow, that is great! Do you try it?”

“Yes, I eat the icecream together with the little turtles. We share it.”

“And then?”

“Then we play the sliding board together. They insist on playing it together with me. We also take a nap together.”

“Where do you nap?”

“On a large bed. The little turtles are of different colors, red, green, white, blue, but no one is black. A pink one is particularly intimate to me.”

“Where is the bed?”

“Inside a very beautiful room. I built it. There are four rooms. Dad, Mom, Grandpa, and Grandma can all live inside it.”

‘Does it get dark there?”

“No, always dalight in the Pure Land of Ultimaate Bliss. It is orange in color. Sometimes the color changes and is white as snow.

Little Helly's Dream II-- School Life in the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss

II—In a Kindergarten

“Mummy, do you want the purple-colored cloud or the red-colored cloud? I prefer the pink one. We get a flashlight riding on the pink cloud. Mom, you can get a pair of shoes riding on the purple cloud.”

“Um…How do you get on the cloud?”

“ The cloud is this high (Helly points at the knee with her little hand). I take off my shoes, walk to the cloud, and then can fly to the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. I see Master’s Unicorn staying at the gate of the Kindergarten.

“Um…Master is there too?”

“After the class, Guanyin Bodhisattva opens the door, and I return to Flying-to-Heaven Cave riding on Master’s Unicorn.”

“Don’t you ride the cloud back?”

“Well, sometimes by the cloud. It can also be a lotus, or the unicorn.”

“What’s fun about the Kindergarten?”

“When the 14 children are all in the classroom, we play together as a family. The Guanyin Bodhisattva with a thousand hands and eyes would dry in the air the towel in the classroom, and then wipe the tables with it. Manjushri Bodhisattva heats water. Then the class begins. The teacher is a good-looking auntie. After the class, we go to sleep. After we get up, we eat pearl-like candy. The candy is not for sales in the supermarket. On the trees grow clothes, fruits, and candy in the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. They always grow on the trees no matter how much we pick. Guanyin Bodhisattva plays the sliding board together with us. It is really full of fun. Sometimes go swimming.

“It is so cold and you go swimming?”

“No, it is not cold at all in the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. I fly back to the Flying-to-Heaven Cave riding on a cloud at 3.

Little Helly's Dream I- Watering Grandpa Tree

My name is Linghua. Zhitong is my husband. Little Helly is our daughter. She is six-year-old now.

Ever since my husband and I got to know Master Zhenlin via the Internet, we have been learning and practicing the Buddha Dharma. Our daughter later joined us, too. From then on, she dreams of dreams as beautiful as fairy tales almost every night.

Sometime ago, my mother-in-law was paralyzed from a stroke. My husband and I decided to move to settle down here in Flying-to-Heaven Cave and asked Master for help to cure my mother-in-law of her disease by Buddha Dharma. She is now also a disciple to Master Zhenlin, and her Dharma name is Ling’san. She is recovering fairly well now.

Little Helly continues to have the dreams now living here in Flying-to-Heaven Cave. In the dream, she would go to a kindergarten as wonderful as in a fairy tale. As her dreams are not only incredibly interesting, but of continuity, I decided to write them down, and hope it could lead you into the amazing world of fairy tales.

I- Watering Grandpa Tree

At 5 am, I heard my daughter Helly chuckling. She did that for a while and was sound asleep again.

At the breakfast, I asked her:

“I heard you chuckle. What did you dream of?”

“I dreamt of Guanyin Bodhisattva, who took me to the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. She pointed at a tree and told me that it was Grandpa Tree. I laughed. All the Bodhisattvas laughed with me. Guanyin Bodhisattva then gave me a water pot, and asked me to water Grandpa Tree. As I poured water on the Grandpa Tree, he swung around and said, “Thank you! Thank you!”

I said to Little Helly, “Grandpa Tree said thanks to you. You should also say thanks to me since I prepared the breakfast for you.”

I again asked Little Helly, “Where else did Guayin Bodhisattva take you to?”

Helly said, “I then took a bath in a pond of red water. Around the pond there were clusters of flowers. They were beautiful.”

“Did the Bodhisattva bathe together with you?”

“No, only I was bathing. They watched me do it.”

“You said “they”. Were there other Bodhisattvas then Guanyin Bodhisattva?”

“Yes, there were another seven. Altogether there were eight Bodhisattvas watching me bathing.”

“Wohoho…Did you feel shy? They were watching you taking a bath. What happened after that?”

“We drank soybean juice together. YAE! I was the winner. That’s how we shouted as we drank it. After we finished drinking it, we danced together. YAE! Chia-Chia. YAE! Chia-Chia

Last night, Little Helly visited the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss again. Every time it is Guanyin Bodhisattva who takes her there. We feel truly grateful to Guanyin Bodhisattva.

Helly is my darling daughter. She has been dreaming such wonderful dreams ever since she started singing Buddhist songs last July. Often we heard her chuckle at around 5 am. Other than this, she is pretty normal. I usually would ask what she has seen. She can always speak it clearly to us. We are delighted about it as she leads us to a different world. I particularly like asking her what she sees. Sometimes I would ask her to link the dream to real life, as we are skeptical of how real they are. Nevertheless, she is never distracted by my questions and tells only what she sees in her dreams.
